王锦成，现担任研究生处副处长，三级教授，材料科学与工程学科。

1973年出生，江苏扬州人。硕士生导师，2003年毕业于东华大学获工学博士学位，主要学术兼职：中国化工学会橡胶专业委员会第八届委员会委员。现从事研究领域和方向为：功能高分子材料。代表性课题：(1) 基于“有核准一步法”的超支化有机蒙脱土的制备及其在硅橡胶中的应用性能研究，国家自然科学基金青年基金项目，2009；(2) 树枝形阻燃抑烟层状硅酸盐的结构设计、可控制备及应用, 国家自然科学基金面上项目，2012；(3) 改性蒙脱土在硅橡胶纳米复合材料中的应用研究，企业委托项目，2008. 已发表论文：(1) Hyper-branched intumescent flame-retardant agent: application to natural rubber composites，Journal of Applied Polymer Science, 2011；(2) Enhanced flame-retardant capacity of natural rubber/organo-montmorillonite and hyper-branched organo-montmorillonite composites，Clays and Clay Minerals，2011；(3) Application of modified calciumsulfate whisker in methyl vinyl silicone rubber cmposites，Polymer & Polymer Composites，2012；(4) Microencapsulation of capsaicin by solvent evaporation method and thermal stability study of microcapsules，2013；(5) Structure and properties research on montmorillonite modified by flame-retardant dendrimer，Applied Clay Science，2014. 代表性奖励：(1) 无卤素高阻燃绿色阻燃剂的研制及其应用，“第二十四届上海市优秀发明选拔赛”发明产品推广实施金奖；(2) 无卤素高阻燃绿色阻燃剂，“第二十四届上海市优秀发明选拔赛”银奖；(3) “京博杯”第二届中国大学生高分子材料创新创业大赛优秀指导教师，2014.
